During the initial stages of a walk though, we can determine what supplies are needed and what we will provide.

How does Dirt Docs help stop the spread of Covid 19?
It is mandatory for all Dirt Docs employees to have proper PPE ( Gloves, shoe covers, masks and eye protective wear).

Do you charge a rescheduling fee if something comes up and I have to cancel?
No, there is no rescheduling fee and we are happy to set up a day that works best for you.

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
We offer a guarantee on all of our work. In the unfortunate event you are unhappy with our service we are happy to offer a re-cleaning free of charge.

Are you OSHA trained and certified?
Yes, we are OSHA trained and certified.

What is the screening process for the people you hire?
All Dirt Docs employees go through and extensive background check before hiring.

What extra precautions has Dirt Docs taken since to start of Covid 19 pandemic?
All employees have their temperature taken before sent out to the field.

PRICING & Billing
Creating the best clean plan at the right price is made easy with us!
There is no way to put a price tag on great service but more importantly on a client's expectations. In order to meet your cleaning needs, we treat each space as our personal project. A two hour minimum is requested for us to complete our work but we do not charge by the hour. We charge by the project not by the hour. Request a free walkthrough and we can discuss your project needs, scope of work and cost for the project. Pricing perks available for new and existing clients.

We accept all forms of credit cards, paypal, cash and Quickbooks invoice payments. Checks only excepted for business to business only
